What this scheme offers
Every year, thousands of talented Bihar students who could genuinely clear BPSC, UPSC, SSC, banking or railway exams never get the chance to try seriously, because private coaching in Patna or Delhi costs more than their families make in months. This scheme puts them in government-run or empanelled coaching centres at zero cost, and adds a ₹1,500 monthly stipend so a lack of income doesn't force a student to drop out partway through preparation for a lack of textbooks or a place to stay.
