What this scheme offers
Every year, over 11 lakh students in Maharashtra finish graduation, post-graduation, diploma or ITI courses — and a large share of them can't find a job that actually uses what they trained for. CMYKPY places selected candidates into six months of hands-on, on-the-job training at government offices, semi-government bodies, private companies, and start-ups, while paying a monthly stipend that scales with qualification throughout. The point isn't just the stipend — it's a genuine Training Completion Certificate and real workplace exposure that candidates can put on a resume, addressing the classic hiring complaint that fresh graduates lack practical experience.
