What this scheme offers
A small business often needs two very different kinds of support at once — actual capital to get going, and somewhere physical to operate from — and CM ELEVATE is built to provide both together rather than leaving entrepreneurs to solve the infrastructure half on their own. In one funding round, ₹76 lakh went directly to 180 entrepreneurs for self-employment and enterprise development, while the scheme separately inaugurated 128 community halls, 34 warehouses and four common facility centres with over ₹48 crore in combined investment — shared infrastructure that individual small businesses and farmer cooperatives could never justify building alone.
