What this scheme offers
A straightforward old-age pension for Rajasthan residents from 55 onward, with a built-in recognition that needs generally grow with age: the base rate of ₹750 a month rises to ₹1,000 once a beneficiary turns 75. Like similar pensions elsewhere, it's meant for residents who don't have another adequate income source in old age, and is paid monthly via DBT rather than in lump sums.
