File No. SS-AP-AGR-001 · Andhra Pradesh State Scheme · Department of Agriculture, Government of Andhra Pradesh

Annadata Sukhibhava (formerly YSR Rythu Bharosa)

₹20,000 a year in direct income support for every eligible farmer family in Andhra Pradesh.

What this scheme offers

Every farmer family already registered for the central PM-KISAN scheme's ₹6,000 a year gets a further ₹13,500 from the Andhra Pradesh government on top of it, taking the combined annual support to ₹20,000, paid across the Kharif and Rabi cropping seasons. The scheme was called YSR Rythu Bharosa under the previous government and was renamed Annadata Sukhibhava ('farmer's wellbeing') by the TDP-led government after it returned to power in 2024 — the mechanism and target amount stayed essentially the same through the rename, so if you were receiving Rythu Bharosa payments before, you should continue to under the new name without needing to re-register from scratch.

How to apply

  1. If you already receive PM-KISAN payments, the state top-up is generally applied automatically — no separate application needed in most cases.
  2. If not yet registered for PM-KISAN, register first at pmkisan.gov.in; AP eligibility typically follows.
  3. Check your payment status at annadathasukhibhavam.ap.gov.in or through your village/ward secretariat.
  4. Report any missing instalment to your local Agriculture Department office or secretariat with your PM-KISAN ID.
  5. Keep your Aadhaar-bank linkage active to avoid delayed payments.
