What this scheme offers
Full tuition-fee reimbursement plus a monthly maintenance allowance of ₹400-800 for OBC students in Assam pursuing education beyond Class 10 — school, college, and professional courses alike. The fee waiver removes the upfront cost barrier, while the recurring monthly allowance addresses the ongoing expense of staying in education that a one-time fee payment alone doesn't cover.
