What this scheme offers
Rather than a farmer having to know and separately apply to dozens of individual subsidy schemes — one for tractors, another for drip irrigation, another for solar pumps — iKhedut consolidates over 60 Gujarat agriculture subsidy lines into a single online portal. Subsidy rates vary by item and the applicant's category, typically running 25% to 75% of cost, covering tractors, drip and sprinkler irrigation systems, solar pumps, quality seeds, polyhouses, and farm machinery.
