Kerala BOCW Welfare Board (Kerala Construction Workers Welfare Board)

Registration with Kerala's construction workers' welfare board gives masons, labourers and other construction trades access to accident and death insurance, a pension, education support for children, and maternity benefits — funded through a cess collected on construction projects statewide, for a workforce that otherwise has almost no institutional safety net.
