What this scheme offers
Post-matric education — from Class 11 onward — carries costs that go beyond what a school-level scholarship would cover, and this scheme for OBC students from Ladakh addresses both halves of that cost: full reimbursement of tuition fees, plus a monthly maintenance allowance of ₹400 to ₹600 to cover ongoing living expenses through to post-graduate level. It's applied for through the National Scholarships Portal rather than a separate Ladakh-only system.
