What this scheme offers
TS ePASS gives SC, ST, BC and Minority students in Telangana one digital entry point for post-matric scholarship support instead of navigating separate department processes — full tuition-fee reimbursement paid directly to the institution, plus a maintenance allowance of ₹550 to ₹1,200 a month depending on course level to cover living costs. Over 7 lakh students use the system each year, with a single registration carrying across renewal applications in subsequent years rather than needing to start from scratch.
