What this scheme offers
Launched in 2019, MMPSY pays eligible Haryana families ₹6,000 a year as social security support. The amount is specifically framed to help the family meet its own share of contribution toward centrally sponsored pension and insurance schemes — such as PM Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, PM Suraksha Bima Yojana, and the National Pension System/Atal Pension Yojana — effectively subsidising the family's participation in those broader safety-net programmes rather than being unconditional cash. Around 15-20 lakh Haryana families were expected to benefit from the scheme at launch.
Who is eligible
- Family annual income from all sources not exceeding ₹1,80,000.
- Alternatively, total family landholding under 2 hectares (5 acres) also qualifies, regardless of income.
- Permanent resident of Haryana.
Documents required
- Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) — Haryana's family ID card, required for most state welfare schemes
- Aadhaar card
- Income certificate or land records, to establish eligibility

- Fill in your family and income/landholding details for verification.
- If your family isn't listed under any existing scheme, you can also register at a Common Service Centre (CSC) or call the state helpline at 1100.
- Once verified, the annual assistance is used to support the family's contribution toward linked pension and insurance schemes.
