Shubh Shakti Yojana (Rajasthan)

₹55,000 for the unmarried adult daughter of a registered Rajasthan construction worker (and for women beneficiaries) who has passed Class 8 — for up to two daughters per family.

What this scheme offers

Shubh Shakti Yojana is run by Rajasthan's Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board and gives ₹55,000 to the unmarried adult daughter of a registered construction worker, and to women who are themselves registered beneficiaries. It is an incentive for a young woman's future — most families use it for her marriage or education — and covers up to two daughters in a family. The conditions are specific: at least one parent must have been registered with the Board for a year, and the daughter or woman beneficiary must have passed at least Class 8. A girl who has already received the Board's separate marriage assistance cannot claim this one, so check which scheme suits you first.

Who is eligible

  • The daughter must be unmarried and aged 18 or above; women who are registered beneficiaries themselves are also covered.
  • At least one parent (father, mother or both) must have been registered with the Rajasthan Construction Workers Welfare Board for at least one year.
  • The daughter or woman beneficiary must have passed at least Class 8.
  • The benefit is available for a maximum of two daughters in a family.
  • A girl who has already received the Board's Marriage Assistance cannot claim Shubh Shakti.

Documents required

  • Copy of the first page of the daughter's bank passbook, with name, account number and IFSC
  • Proof that the daughter has completed 18 years of age
  • Class 8 marksheet issued by a government or recognised private school
  • Copy of the parent's Board registration identity card
  • Bhamashah / Jan Aadhaar family card or enrolment
  • Aadhaar card
